Job summary
Lifeway Mobility in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Mobility Technician to install and service accessibility equipment such as wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts in customers' homes. Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, handyman, or related trades.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts, and other accessibility products.
- Perform service calls and troubleshoot mobility equipment.
- Meet customers in their homes for evaluations and install planning.
- Schedule service calls and deliveries from work orders.
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
