Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and Michigan licensure.
• Experience with Medicaid guidelines and medical necessity criteria.
• Ability to conduct eligibility screenings and intake assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility screenings, intake assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans and make service recommendations.
• Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health, community, and insurance resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as assigned.

Education

Master’s Degree (MSW) of Social Work and licensed in Michigan

Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Psychology or Counseling and licensed in Michigan
