Job summary

Network180 in Grand Rapids is seeking an Access Center Clinician or BSW to provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children. The role may involve face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephone).

This position is full-time, with 2pm–10pm schedule and on-call, holiday, and weekend rotations. Master’s in social work or psychology and Michigan licensure eligibility are required, with strong communication and cultural competence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
  • Licensure in Michigan as LMSW/LPCC/LMFT or eligible and obtain licensure within three months of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children.
  • Conduct face-to-face or telehealth assessments as needed.
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
