onXmaps, Inc. seeks an experienced Access & Stewardship Program Director to lead the company’s A&S program, defining priorities, planning, and overseeing grants and partnerships.

This role blends strategy with hands-on program delivery, translating policy context and stewardship goals into clear, measurable initiatives that align with onX's mission and brand priorities. Permanent US work authorization is required, with monthly travel to corporate offices or Basecamps.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in program management, advocacy, government relations, or related fields.
• Direct experience in federal policy, advocacy, or government relations with congressional interaction.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the A&S program strategy, objectives, and investments.
• Direct government affairs, policy positions, and partnerships with leaders.
• Measure impact, report progress, and update senior leadership.
• Lead internal comms and collaborate with PR for external representation.
