Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical, staff scheduling, and/or related operational experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with senior and operational leaders.
• Experience with scheduling applications for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive access-related initiatives to improve patient access outcomes.
• Design and maintain clinician scheduling templates.
• Monitor department performance against access targets.
