  • Monitor department performance against access targets and recommend solutions that address root causes and improve outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain clinician schedules to ensure appointment supply meets patient demand and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate schedules with clinical responsibilities including clinic time, call duties, ETO, and schedule changes.
  • Deploy scheduling automation and improve efficiency through tools such as Qgenda and other scheduling systems.
  • Partner with physician leaders, operational leaders, CASE, and payroll to ensure accurate communication and schedule management.
  • Track access analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
  • Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours within established guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years of project management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, organizing, and interpreting data.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of project management and/or consulting experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
What We Offer
