Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support retinal disease products. You will educate ophthalmology practices on payer policies, coding, prior authorization, and claims processes while managing a dedicated territory.

This role involves leading quarterly business reviews, analyzing claims data to spot denial patterns, coordinating with Patient Services and Market Access, and supporting launch readiness. Travel 50-75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years in field reimbursement.
• Practical knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies, benefit verification, prior auth, and appeals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and Excel.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.
