Field-based Reimbursement & Access Specialist supporting Outlook Therapeutics' retinal disease portfolio during US product launch.

Responsibilities

• Educate ophthalmology practices on payer coverage, billing, prior-authorization processes, managing a defined territory, analyzing claims data for denial trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth patient access.

Requirements

• 5–10 years' experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within biotech/pharma, with at least 2 years in field reimbursement
• Hands‑on buy‑and‑bill reimbursement experience
• Proficiency with payer policies, claims data, CRM, and Excel
• Ability to travel 50–75%
• Compliance mindset

Preferred

• Ophthalmology or retina experience
• HCPCS/J-code familiarity
• Pre-launch support
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPC)
