Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology location.
• Monitor and manage access-control points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas and report any security concerns.
• Prepare accurate shift reports and maintain documentation of activities.
