Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain access/incident logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, proactive manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, entry points, perimeter, and restricted areas.
• Support protection of sensitive infrastructure by following escort and restricted-area procedures.
