Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated Access Management Consultant to join our Payroll Services team. Responsibilities include managing security access, troubleshooting access issues, conducting audits, and engaging with clients to ensure secure, efficient access across multiple systems. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to maintain and improve access processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security access for authorized personnel: create, modify, delete, reset passwords across systems.
• Diagnose user access issues and escalate outside team scope.
• Perform quarterly access audits and update role owners accordingly.
• Conduct annual role reviews with stakeholders/role owners.
• Modify roles/access as needed based on business requirements.
• Update request systems with new roles/access for new clients or applications.
• Interact with clients via meetings and emails.
• Document processes and ensure documentation accuracy quarterly.
• Identify risks and suggest process improvements continuously.
• Generate access reports on demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in identity and access management or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance and applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Office 365.
• Understanding of network security, intrusion detection, and data encryption.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
