Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, risk or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in desktop infrastructure, access governance, and risk remediation.
• Experience with privileged access management and recertifications.
• Proficient in auditing support, policy alignment, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow and MyIT for access management reporting.
• Proven project coordination and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and governance focus.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support elevated access governance activities, including reviews and recertifications.
• Review access requests against business needs, policy standards and compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance reporting, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce manual work.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and support risk decisions.
• Support projects and process improvements through planning and tracking.
• Build relationships with team members, management and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
