Job summary

Seven Counties Services is seeking a full-time Call Center/Support Specialist to provide telephone screening and crisis triage, ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-up. The role requires solid customer service skills and experience with health services access.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and experience in healthcare call centers. Proficiency with CRM and Netsmart myAvatar is a plus, with on-site work expected in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year healthcare customer service or call center with bachelor’s, or 3 years with HS.
• High volume call center experience preferred.
• CRM and Netsmart myAvatar experience preferred.
• Proficiency in word processing and data entry; strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette, screening individuals.
• Determines client eligibility and verifies insurance or discusses sliding scale options.
• Collects demographic and clinical information and records accurately in the electronic database.
• Demonstrates triage and intervention knowledge to provide referrals and follow up.
• Promotes collaboration with Seven Counties Services departments and community partners.
• Ensures compliance with organization and ACCESS standards and participates in trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
