Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on field experience.
- Experience with security solutions, access control, and door hardware.
- Experience with commercial and residential access and video systems.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, install, and service all access and video systems.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs for access and video systems.
- Instruct customers on system operations and features.
- Respond to customer questions and adjust services based on complaints.
- Act as onsite project lead and maintain accurate records of services.
