FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking an Access Control Technician in Baton Rouge. The role involves inspecting, installing, and servicing access and video systems for commercial and residential properties, with emphasis on advanced troubleshooting and customer instruction.

The technician will work closely with sales teams, manage site visits, and drive projects from walkthrough to hand-off, ensuring quality service and documentation throughout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware.
• Inspects, installs, and services basic and complex access and video systems.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting including programming, testing, and wiring.
• Instructs customers in operation and features of systems.
• Responds to customer questions and requests.
• Performs site visits with sales consultants.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project from initial walk-through to hand-off to service.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, service calls, and troubleshooting.
• Define scope of add-ons and change orders with customer approval.
• Collaborate with sales staff and support team.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
