Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking an Access Control Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control systems and door hardware. You will program card access, process user changes, and support gaming enterprise equipment while ensuring security and guest safety.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Access Control systems and Life safety codes.
MN Power Limited License preferred; valid driver’s license required.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with all team levels.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain data lines and access support equipment.
Install card readers, panic buttons, exit devices for access control.
Program card access and manage access requests for hires and transfers.
Test and repair door hardware; perform auto lockout service as needed.
Troubleshoot hardware and software with access control vendor support.
Generate reports of team member access for management.
Respond to security requests for building emergencies.
