Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, in Prior Lake, MN, seeks an Access Control Project Manager to lead physical security deployments, coordinating stakeholders, contractors, engineers and internal teams. You will drive projects on time, within scope, and aligned with security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security technology, door hardware, or access control integration.
• Experience leading projects in construction, security, or technology environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrified door hardware.
• Experience coordinating with integrators, locksmiths, and construction teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across sites.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field; PMP/CAPM/PSP; ASIS PSP; enterprise access control; IT networking familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end project management for physical security technology deployments, including mechanical door hardware upgrades, access control installations, and system integrations.
• Develops and manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
• Monitors vendor performance to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conducts site assessments and participate in design reviews to validate hardware and system requirements.
