Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of related building access control/surveillance experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control systems (e.g., Avigilon).
• Repair and maintain door hardware and locks; manage schedules and credentials.
• Maintain surveillance camera systems and perform regular inspections.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities to address network/power concerns.
• Document work orders in CMMS (TMA) and maintain logs.
