Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building access control/surveillance or traditional lock/key experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install/maintain access control systems (e.g., Avigilon proximity cards).
• Repair/maintain door hardware and locks.
• Program access schedules and permissions.
• Manage master key system and key inventories.
• Install/maintain surveillance cameras (IP/analog).
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities to resolve network/power issues.
• Document work orders and system configurations in CMMS (TMA).
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and faculty.
