IDS International is hiring a Site Supervisor in Fort Belvoir, VA to oversee access control operations for a secure government facility. You will lead Access Control Officers, ensure compliance with security procedures, and manage personnel access within classified environments.

The role requires extensive experience with access control systems (including DISS), strong leadership, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced security setting. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Competenze

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Access Control Officer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Access Control Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Experience utilizing security systems such as DISS.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current AED certification required.

Mansioni

• Supervise and oversee daily activities of Access Control Officers.
• Ensure compliance with all access control procedures, security policies, and facility requirements.
• Monitor and coordinate personnel access into and out of secure facilities.
• Utilize government-provided security systems and databases, including DISS, to verify access authorizations and maintain security records.
• Provide guidance, training, and operational support to access control personnel.
• Review reports, logs, and security documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and ensure proper documentation of activities.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of access control operations and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for access control operations.
