IDS International is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee access control operations at a secure government facility. You will lead Access Control Officers, ensure compliance with security procedures, and maintain accurate security records.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with government staff in a fast-paced environment. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires on-site Fort Meade work.

Competenze

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• 4+ years as an Access Control Officer.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with security systems in classified environments.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily activities of Access Control Officers.
• Ensure compliance with access control procedures and security policies.
• Coordinate personnel access into/out of secure facilities.
• Use DISS and related systems to verify authorizations and maintain records.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to staff.
• Review reports and logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and document actions.
• Conduct QA reviews and suggest process improvements.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for operations.
