Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. An active clearance is not required at the time of application.
• Willingness to complete the full background investigation and security processing required for TS/SCI, and to maintain the clearance as a condition of employment.
• Willingness to take and successfully complete a Full Scope polygraph (FSP) as a condition of employment.
• U.S. citizenship; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing, maintained for the duration of employment.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Control employee and visitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and authorizations.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and the removal of prohibited or restricted items from the premises.
• Monitor entry and exit activity and maintain continuous surveillance of assigned areas, reporting issues or irregular activity promptly.
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining site security protocols.
• Apply access control procedures and security protocols accurately and consistently throughout each assigned shift.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, both verbal and nonverbal.
