Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
