Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain entry/exit records per site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents calmly, escalating as needed through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized entry and identify security concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities and complete incident reports and shift documentation.
