Job summary

Allied Universal in Fremont, CA is seeking a Security Officer Access Operations Specialist to monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and support access-related activities at an automotive location. You will provide customer service and report incidents.

The role requires at least 1 year of security experience, CPR preferred, badge/access experience, and a high school diploma. Night-shift schedule and full-time employment are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and manage critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive areas.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic.
• Document incidents and communicate with site personnel.
