Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.

Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
Monitor access points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry/exit records.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and dispatch, and complete required reports.
