Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and dispatch, and complete required reports.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records for personnel, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or unauthorized entry.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and dispatch, complete required reports, and support a secure flow of people and vehicles throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
