Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service skills and basic computer literacy are helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges and logs.
• Provide courteous customer service to employees and visitors.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas; document activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, and perimeter areas.
