• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and direct authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing entrances and gates and reporting suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report security concerns.
