Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Credential Validation in Carlisle, PA to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and maintain orderly movement of people and vehicles, providing professional service and security presence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security experience, are 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, and will pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required, as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing visitors and contractors, and directing authorized personnel.
• Inspect inbound and outbound traffic at gates and entry points, including ID, shipping docs, and vehicle access.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly; document observations per established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter policy violations.
