Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries; verify credentials and maintain required entry records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
