You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professionalism and clear communication. Minimum one year security experience, a high school diploma, and a typing speed of 40 WPM are required; background check and drug screen will apply.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess a college degree.
• Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local rules.
• A valid driver's license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, manage visitor and contractor entry processes, and maintain access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate policy requirements clearly and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
