Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and issue or collect access badges.
• Control access for employees, vendors, and vehicles; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site leadership or responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, adjacent areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
