Qualifications

• 1 year or more of security-related experience
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Access control or badge experience is preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required by law
• Drug screen required where permitted by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees per site security procedures
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized access; manage credentials
• Observe activity at gates and docks; report access concerns to leadership
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting procedures
• Conduct regular patrols of facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter
