Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Access Control Operations in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on safeguarding clients, verifying credentials, and maintaining secure entry points at a logistics site, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional presence.

You will monitor access, document visitor activity, respond calmly to incidents, and perform regular patrols across entry points and perimeters.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, screen visitors, maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, warehouse spaces, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities and incidents, and communicate information to site leadership.
