Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, issue access, and maintain records.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances and parking areas.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors and leadership regarding site conditions.
