Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, process visitors, and direct authorized personnel.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and restricted areas; report unauthorized access or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations.
