Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Electronic Entry Systems in Greenville, SC to safeguard clients across Manufacturing & Industrial sectors. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor alarm panels, and support badge access processes while maintaining a professional, client-focused presence.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, manage entry processes, and document activity.
Respond to incidents and escalations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points.
Maintain accurate logs and reports for visitors, deliveries, incidents, and security activities.
