Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Will consider applicants with criminal history per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies; respond to emergencies when needed.
• Control access to the facility by verifying IDs, issuing credentials, and maintaining access records.
• Monitor traffic at entry/exit points; assist with screening and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations with required reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
