Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Intake in Santa Fe Springs, CA to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution locations. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity and perform routine patrols while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18/21 depending on role (unarmed/armed) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and entry/exit of authorized personnel, visitors, vendors and vehicles.
• Maintain logs for visitors, contractors, and vehicles; issue and collect access credentials per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly, reporting observations to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
