Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check conducted as required by law at federal/state/local level
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific access-control procedures
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents per site procedures
• Conduct regular/random patrols of entrances, restricted areas and perimeter
• Communicate access requirements and security procedures to staff and visitors
