Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• License requirements as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors per site policies.
• Control access by verifying IDs, credentials, and visitor authorization.
• Monitor entry/exit points and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
