Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Background histories considered in line with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and access-control protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Verify ID, issue visitor credentials, maintain access records, report incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeters.
