Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain logs, and direct guests per site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facility areas, parking, and perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points and reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
