This role emphasizes customer service, alarm panel familiarity, and comfortable use of computers, with a schedule Fri-Sun 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and pay of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials and maintaining records.
• Screen trucks, trailers, and personnel to support controlled movement through gates and docks.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, problem-solving.
• Conduct regular patrols and document observations.
