Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and associates following security procedures.
• Perform access control by verifying IDs, issuing visitor passes, and logging entries.
• Control entry/exit points and coordinate with dock/yard personnel for vehicle movement.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to leadership or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and complete required reports and documentation.
