Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting security-related observations and conditions.
Assist with maintaining accurate access-control records, incident reports, and shift activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
