Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Credential Verification in Mesa, AZ to protect facilities across manufacturing and industrial sites and to manage entry points.

You will verify credentials, monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver courteous customer service while patrolling the premises.

This full-time position follows a night schedule (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM) with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control and customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents and security-related concerns, escalating when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Complete accurate shift reports and logs of activity, incidents, and observations.
