Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and driver entry, and maintain access-control records.
• Screen incoming/outgoing personnel, deliveries, and vehicles; report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, loading docks, parking areas, and business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
