Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed: customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe traffic at gates and loading areas; communicate concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
